摘    要:建立等距型面的数学模型,利用FANUC系统的用户宏程序功能,编制等距型面的用户宏程序.该程序可以作为固定循环,当加工的等距型面边数不同时,可直接进行赋值调用.克服了手工编程与自动编程的不足,实现编程优化,提高了编程效率.

Abstract:The mathematical model of equidistant profile was built.The macro program function of FANUC system was used to develop the macro program for equidistant profile.The program could be used as a canned cycle.When machining equidistant profiles with different edges,the canned cycle could be called directly.The lacks of manual programming and automatic programming are overcome.Program is optimized and programming efficiency is improved.
