基于ANSYS的PDC钻头的有限元分析

摘    要:建立PDC钻头的三维有限元模型,分析其在井底的受力状况.利用有限元分析软件ANSYS,对该钻头的三维实体模型进行研究,分析钻头的变形和应力状态,并校核钻头的静强度.分析结果为PDC钻头的结构优化设计提供理论依据.

Abstract:The 3D model of the PDC bit was built in ANSYS.The load status of the bit at the bottom of well was analyzed.The 3D entity model of the PDC bit was researched using ANSYS to analyze its distortion and stress status.The bit's static strength was checked.The analysis results provide theoretical foundation for the optimization and improvement of PDC bit design.
