Abstract:Both of the operation condition and architecture of the construction machinery are complicated and rugged,and the construction machinery features high mechtronic degree.Therefore the firmware of automatic control system demand advanced technology and novel thoughts.In this paper we demonstrate a kind of method which constructs engineering plant automatic control system based on Controller Area Net-work(CAN)bus.And the design method of automatic control module based on AT89C52 singlechip with CAN-bus is put forward.Experiments prove this intelligence module can accomplish the signal measurement of work condition and the others by the connection between CANBUS and the master control computer.It also can achieve modular closed-loop intelligence control.The implementation of this system has reference value for the design and development of other CAN control module system.
