摘    要:针对PowerMILL加工电极模型时存在的编程效率低、重复劳动多、编程质量参差不齐、优秀编程工艺不易保存等问题,应用PowerMILL的二次开发接口技术以及宏录制功能,建立了关系完善的系统数据库和独立性强的系统功能模块,在VB.NET环境下,创建了能够保存优秀编程经验、完成高质量编程的数控自动编程系统.试验结果表明:该系统能将编程效率提高2~2.5倍,节省了大量编程时间,同时有效地避免了编程资源的流失.
