| 摘 要： | 为了提高专用镗床的效率和加工精度及操作方便,把PLC和组态软件应用在专用镗床控制系统中.重点介绍其液压控制系统、PLC控制系统以及上位机组态的设计,并通过联机调试证明该控制系统的可行性,为相关机床控制系统的设计提供参考.

| Abstract: | Using PLC and configuration software,the special boring machine control system was designed to improve machining efficiency,accuracy and operation.The designs of its hydraulic control system,PLC control system and host computer configuration software were illustrated.The feasibility of the control system was proved through on-line debugging.It provides reference for the design of related machine control system. |
