大直径内孔槽线切割专用工装的改进

摘    要:加工薄件大孔径槽时,要求对称度高,必须对中之后再进行线切割加工.由于对中时间很长,影响加工效率,再加上线切割加工薄件时其粗糙度难以保证,从而影响加工零件质量,进而影响整个总装进程.针对这些问题,对薄件大孔径槽的加工工艺进行改进,并设计专用工装.实验结果证明:采用专用工装后,对中时间可以节约15倍,切割槽的精度和对称度得到有效保证,加工效率提高,为类似零件的加工提供参考.
