摘    要:搅拌筒主要由拌筒和螺旋叶片构成。根据优化设计理论建立拌筒结构优化模型,对拌筒尺寸进行优化;同时根据搅拌机理和搅拌特点,建立斜圆锥对数螺旋叶片的三维数学模型,为后续进行搅拌筒参数化的组件开发打下基础。

Abstract:Mixing drum is mainly composed of drum and spiral vane.Firstly,the drum structure optimizing model is constructed to optimize the drum dimension and the three-dimensional mathematical model of oblique circular cone logarithm spiral vane is constructed in according to mixing mechanism and mixing characteristics.Based on the knowledge,the parametric components of drum and vane,which can be used to create three-dimensional models of drum and vane automatically.
