摘    要:叶片类零件属于薄壁零件,加工中易变形,使叶片的精度变低.通过材料力学理论分析法和有限元分析法找到了叶片的变形规律,通过对变形规律的研究提出一种叶片二次造型的方法,并通过实际加工验证了此方法的实用性.

Abstract:Parts are prone to deformation,which are thin-walled parts,resulting in lower precision of blade.The rule of the blade deformation was found by the analyses of material mechanics and finite element method.A secondary modeling method was presented based on deformation rule of blade.The validity of this method was verified by actual processing.
