摘    要:针对线切割加工过程中电参数选择的不确定性,提出了基于Visual Prolog内置推理机PIE的电参数智能选择方案.研究结果表明:所建立的推理系统能够较精确地根据用户给定的加工条件推导出所需的加工电参数,解决了电参数选择的不确定性问题.

Abstract:Due to the uncertainty of electric parameters selection in WEDM processing,an intelligent selecting project for electric parameters was presented based on PIE of Visual Prolog.The research result shows that the reasoning system can accurately infer electric parameters according to the processing conditions given by users and the uncertainty of electric parameters selection is solved.
