摘    要:对压电陶瓷叠堆驱动位移放大器进行研究.设计了可满足高压共轨喷射系统使用要求的压电执行器模块,同时设计了一个基于液压传动原理的微位移放大机构,该机构由一个位移放大腔和两个活塞组成,放大腔底部的活塞用来放大和传递顶部活塞的位移.试验结果表明,基于液压微位移放大原理的压电执行器可满足共轨系统位移放大的要求.

Abstract:The method to amplify the displacement of stack-type piezoelectric ceramic actuator was studied.A piezoelectric actuator module that could be using in high pressure common rail injection system was designed.A new micro-displacement amplifying mechanism was presented based on hydraulic transmission theory.The mechanism included a displacement amplifying chamber and two pistons.The piston at the bottom of the amplifying chamber was used to amplify and transmit the displacement of the upper piston.The experime...
