大导程滚珠螺母内滚道的成型方法研究

摘    要:针对高精度大导程滚珠螺母内螺旋滚道加工困难的问题,对内螺旋滚道的加工工艺进行探索性研究,提出采用标准圆弧刀片对内螺旋滚道进行拟合车削后使用球状磨头进行磨削加工的方法,并建立球状磨头的实体模型.在高精度数控车床的基础上,开发了磨削平台.以某型号滚珠螺母为加工实例,并估测加工后内螺旋滚道的表面粗糙度,结果表明该方法是有效的.
