北京地区传统街巷商铺立面改造与更新——以南锣鼓巷地区为例

近年来，北京市旧城改造与更新的矛盾日益突出。本文以南锣鼓巷地区为例．在北京数片历史文化保护区接二连三遭受到严重破坏的同时．南锣鼓巷历史文化保护区的街区格局和建筑历史风貌却始终保存完好．且不断地进行着自我改造、更新和发展。本文结合调研工作，对南锣鼓巷地区的改造与更新实践的意义、立面改造与更新模式、对北京旧城改造的启发，进行初步的总结。

Recently, contradictions in the transformation of Beijing＇s old ciW have become increasingly prominent. Although most of the historical and culture protected areas in the old city have been destroyed successively. The street pattern and historical character of the historical and culture protected areas--the South Luogu Lane has been preserved until today. And at the same time, South Luogu Lane in self-transformation, upgrading and developing day by day. This thesis undertakes the study mainly focusing on the problems of the update mode to use and the inspiration to the transformation of the Beijing＇s old city.
