新型制冷剂HFO-1234yf与分子筛干燥剂的相容性研究

摘    要:目前车用制冷剂HFC-134a的温室效应潜值(GWP)为1 300,而制冷剂HFO-1234yf的GWP仅为4,被认为是取代R134a的新一代制冷剂。采用McBain-Bakr法和ASHRAE-97密封玻璃管法分别测试了制冷剂HFO-1234yf与分子筛干燥剂的相容性。结果表明:3A、3A-60型分子筛与HFO-1234yf具有较好的化学稳定性,相容性较好,能够满足工业应用的HFO-1234yf制冷剂系统。

Abstract:The GWP of HFC-134a is 1300, which has been widely used as automobile reSrigerant. As a re- placeable refrigerant, the HFO-1234yf's GWP is only 4. McBain-Bakr method and ASHRAE-97 method were used to test the compatibility of the HFO,1234yf and different types of molecular sieve desiccants, The results showed that 3A, 3A-60 molecular sieve were stable and had good compatibility with HFO-1234yf, which could meet the needs of HFO-1234yf refrigerant system for industrial application.
