| 摘 要： | 介绍了"十一五"期间我国石油和化工行业依靠科技创新节能减排的显著效果,指出四大指标考量我国工业节能减排,分析了当前节能减排工作面临的难度,认为节能环保已成为行业增长点,强调指出我国完成"十二五"节能减排目标需要依靠科技节能。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the remarkable energy saving and emission reduction effect based on science and technology innovation of petrochemical industry during the 1 lth five-year plan, points out four major indicators, analyzes the difficulties that faces energy saving and emission reduction work currently, and presents that energy saving and emission reduction has been considered to be industry growth area. It also stress that petrochemical industry needs to rely on science and technology to complete energy saving and emission reduction task of the 12th five-year plan. |
