有机膦酸催化合成酚醛树脂

摘    要:采用有机膦酸作催化剂合成了酚醛树脂,并对催化剂进行了循环使用,用红外光谱仪和凝胶色谱仪对酚醛树脂进行了测试和表征。实验表明,采用有机膦酸合成酚醛树脂的产率高,游离酚少,摩尔质量分布窄,且催化剂可循环使用,达到了降低成本、保护环境的目的。

Abstract:A new type of phenolic resin was synthesized by using organophosphonic acid as catalyst, and the catalyst was circulated through the sysnthesis. The synthesized phenolic resin was determined and characterized by means of infra-red spectrometer and gel chromatography. The results showed the synthesized phenolic resin had high yield, less unreacted phenol and narrow molecular weight distribution. The circulating use of the catalyst lowered the cost of the systhesis and was of environmental protection.
