摘    要:通过分析啮合相位角几何图形的位置,推导出摆线针轮行星减速器中摆线轮实际工作范围的理论公式,画出了啮合相位角函数的拟合曲线,并结合实际讨论其函数曲线的工程意义。通过编制的优化程序验证了摆线轮齿形工作部分范围的合理性,得出了等距加移距修形曲线更逼近转角修形曲线的结论。

Abstract:By analyzing phase angle of meshing geometric drawing position, the theoretical formula of cycloid gear actual operating space of cycloid planetary gear speed reducer is driven, at the same time, fitting a curve, and discussing engineering significance of function curve to combine reality. The rationality of cycloid gear actual operating space is verified by optimizer, finally the conclusion of the isometric plus travel distance alter shape curve much more approach corner alter shape is obtained.
