| 摘 要： | 本文叙述了CO_2激光的布喇格衍射型声光调制及放大装置。放大器输出已调制的10.6μm激光115w,最大调制频率200kHz。激光放大器的放大指数随输入功率上升而减小。

| Abstract: | Acousto-optic modulation of CO2 laser amplifier by using Bragg diffraction is described. The output power of modulated 10.6 μm laser is 115 W. The maximal modulation frequency is 200 kHz. Its amplifying index decreases with the increasing of the input laser power. |
