摘    要:针对故障振动信号的非平稳特征,提出了一种基于局域波分解的机械故障诊断方法。探讨了局域波法的原理和物理意义,表明局域波分解具有自适应的特性,特别适宜于非平稳信号的分解。将该方法应用于滚动轴承的故障振动信号分析中,结果表明局域波分解能够提取轴承微弱振动信号,突出滚动轴承的故障特性,提高滚动轴承故障诊断的准确性。

Abstract:According to the non - stationary characteristics of vibration signals from fault plant, a fault diagnosis approach based on local wave decomposition method is proposed. Discusses the theory of local wave decomposition and its physical significance, shows that it is suitable to non- stationary processes by self- adaptive shift process. The application of local wave decomposition shows that it can pick up the bearing weak vibration signal, stand out the fault feature of vibration signals in diagnosing bearings and improve the accuracy of the fault diagnosis.
