饮料瓶吹塑模镶块的高速加工策略

摘    要:利用Pro/E软件编制了饮料瓶吹塑模镶块数控加工程序。针对各加工阶段的特点和要求。创建了用于粗加工的铣削体积块和用于半精加工及精加工的铣削曲面,通过加工工序的合理设置规划了各阶段的加工方式,并制定了模具的高速加工策略。

Abstract:The CNC programming for the machining of a blow mould insert for drink bottle is finished by using Pro /E.According to the characteristics and requirements of different machining processes,a mill volume used for the rough machin ing and a mill surface used for the semi-finish and finish machining are created.The machin-ing methods for different pro cesses are determined by means of the appropriate setup of NC se quences,and the high speed machining strategies for the mould are specified.
