| 摘 要： | 探讨了浸胶涤纶帘子布生产过程中浸胶处理后纬纱断裂伸长率的影响因素.结果表明:选择合适的原纱,提高白坯布与浸胶布的幅宽差,降低织布速度,降低拉伸及热定型温度,提高浸胶车速,选择D417配方体系,柔化度1-2级,可提高帘子布纬纱断裂伸长率约20%.

| Abstract: | The influential factors on the elongation at break of weft yarn were discussed after the dipping process during the dipped polyester tire cord fabric production.The results showed that the elongation at break of weft yarn of the tire cord fabric can be increased about 20%by rationally selecting grey yarn,increasing the width difference of grey fabric and dipped fabric,reducing weaving speed,drawing and heat setting temperatures,raising dipping speed,applying D417 formula system and controlling the softness of grade 1-2. |
