摘    要:基于三维离散斜齿轮传动模型、在轴结构有限元模型、轴承弹性和齿侧间隙的基础上,建立了一个三轴斜齿轮传动转子系统的动力学模型。通过牛顿-拉夫逊法(Newton-Raphson)和非线性瞬态解方法预测了系统的强迫振动。由一台斜齿轮-轴-轴承系统组成的压缩机的试车验证了模型的有效性。结果表明,模型计算结果与试车结果吻合,给齿轮驱动的转子系统设计及故障诊断提供了理论依据。

Abstract:A dynamic model of a three-shaft helical gear rotor system formed by three flexible shafts is proposed. The model consists of a finite element model of shaft structures combined with a three-dimensional discrete model of helical gear sets. Bearing flexibilities are included in the model as well.
