HQ60-HQ100高强度、高韧性焊条的研制

摘    要:本文介绍了采用普通4.0H08A焊芯,通过调整焊条药皮、造渣涂料、合金系统及其元素的含量,尤其是通过加入微量的焊缝金属韧化元素,在保证焊缝金属强度的条件下来改善和提高焊缝金属的韧性,试验结果证明:当焊条药皮渣系为大理石-萤石-石英-钛白粉,其百分比含量为4.8:3.4:1:1时,焊条的工艺性能最好;当NQ60-HQ100异种低合金钢焊条的合金系统为Mn-Mo-Ni和Mn-Mo-Cr时,焊缝金属的机械性能均能满足母材的要求.从而为HQ60-HQ100低合金高强度调质钢的焊接提供了新的高韧性焊接材料。

Abstract:This article outlines that the toughness of weld is improved by using common core wire of H08A,4.0mm in diameter and adjusting coating of an elecetode,slag forming coatings,allo-ying systems and the content of alloying elements while its strength is not changed. The testproves that when CaCO_3:CaF_2:SiO_2:TiO_2 in coating is 4.8:3.4:1:1 the technology of this electrodeis the beast. When the alloying systems of HQ6O -HQ100 low alloy steel electrod areMn-Mo-Ni and Mn-Mo-Cr mechanical properties of weld metal entirely are satisfactoryto requirment of parenet metal.There fore this piovides welding of HQ60-HQ100 low alloysteel with new high toughness welding material.
