摘    要:台区变压器的管理主要依靠台区考核总表的读数作为依据,考核表的数据对于供电公司来说具有重要意义。目前的台区考核表数据是抄表员手工抄录,针对这种抄表方式存在的问题,如:工作量巨大、容易出错、信息量少、无法取得同一时刻台区变压器用电数据等,提出了采用中国移动通信公司的GPRS通信技术设计的台区变压器远程抄表系统。该系统充分利用了GPRS通信技术的"实时在线、按流量计费"的优点,实现了远程自动抄读供电公司所有台区变压器的考核表数据,解决了人工抄表存在的问题,实现了变压器的实时监测,为用电营销管理提供了丰富的参考数据,使用户的用电管理水平和服务质量得到极大提高,为供电公司提供了先进的用电营销管理技术手段。

Abstract:The management of transformer areas mainly relies on their metered readings, which are very important to power supply companies. Considering that now meter reading by hand has many disadvantages such as much amount of work, little information, much probability of making mistakes, no way to obtain all the metered readings at the same time, remote meter reading system based on GPRS of China Mobile was presented. This system can fulfill automatic remote meter reading, real time supervision of transformers, and supply reference data for management of marketing, improve the quality of service and the level of management of marketing.
