钢包下水口断裂分析及改进措施

摘    要:炼钢厂所使用的LS钢包滑动水口机构,由于下水口受机械应力和热应力的综合作用,频繁发生断裂引起事故.针对上述情况进行了应力分析计算,通过改进下水口外型设计,缩短下水口伸出长度,增大下水口管壁厚度,从而减小机械应力与热应力,降低了下水口断裂的可能性.

Abstract:A Slide Valve system is used to control flow of molten steel in LS ladle at steelmaking plant,but the frequent fracture of the down nozzle have been caused by mechanical stress and thermal stress.Based on the calculation and analysis of stress,the shape of the down nozzle is improved by shortening the extension and thicking the wall thickness,which helps to decrease the mechanical stress and thermal stress and reduce the possibility of fracture of the down nozzle.
