摘    要:深圳新桥立交桥B5-1号桩基为Φ200mm的嵌岩桩,灌桩后,经过低应变动力检测,发现桩身25m处有质量缺陷,为查明原因,制定了修复措施,并进行抽心检查,查出在桩身25m处有夹泥现象,通过高压水冲洗,灌注水泥砂浆填充,修复了质量缺陷,经对桩身进行高应变动力检测,承载能力满足设计要求。

Abstract:Pile B5 1 of Shenzhen Xinqiao Bridge is a rock embedded pile with a diameter of 1 200 mm. Low strain dynamic test found the pile defected at the depth of 25 meter. To investigate its causes and make corresponding restoration plan, core taking was carried out in the pile and found that the concrete of the defected section was mixed with sand. The defected pile was restored by driving away the sand mixed concrete with high pressure water and back filling with cement slush. High strain dynamic test of the pile proves that its bearing capacity can satisfy the design requirement, indicating the success of the restoration.
