75t/h循环流化床锅炉飞灰回燃技术改造

摘    要:文章介绍和总结了石家庄永泰热电厂75t/h循环流化床锅炉飞灰回燃技术改造措施及改造所取得的技术效果和经济效益.两台锅炉改造之后,炉内平均燃烧温度、回料温度提高,飞灰含碳量明显降低,锅炉热效率平均提高了5~10个百分点.回燃系统改造费用为6.54万元,改造后年节煤费用约为180万元,不到半个月可全部收回改造费用.

Abstract:The paper describes the technical revamping measures and economy benefit for 75t/h CFB boilers. After modification the bed temperature and recirculafion ash temperature is increased, carbon content of fly ash is decreased, and the boiler efficiency is increased by 5 - 10 percent points. The cost of modification was 65.4 thousand yuan. The saving cost per year after modification is 1.8 million yuan. About half month the modification cost can be recalled.
