| 摘 要： | 杭州钢铁集团公司生产的ML35（B）冷镦钢盘条，在镦制内六角螺栓时发生了开裂现象。对导致开裂的各种原因进行了试验分析，最终确认导致ML35（B）盘条镦制内六角螺栓开裂的原因在于盘条内部的偏析线，而产生偏析线的原因在于连铸坯的角部裂纹。在采取提高连铸坯质量的措施后，此类缺陷可以有效消除。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces analysis on cracks in hexagon socket head bolts of ML35(B) cold heading steel wire rod which is made in Hangzhou Iron & Steel Group Company.After a series of test and analysis,the conclusion has been drawn that cracks on hexagon socket head bolts result from segregation lines in metal organization,and the segregation lines result from cracks near edge angles of billet.If measures are taken to improve billet quality,this kind of defects can be eliminated effectively. |
