基于自适应变步长算法在大型非圆曲线零件数控加工中的应用

摘    要:针对固定步长的圆弧插补算法在大型非圆曲线零件加工中的缺点,提出了自适应变步长算法,该方法按照曲线的曲率变化而采用相应的步长,算法简单,插补误差小,达到了快速、高效的加工效果,避免了以往过切或者加工精度不够的现象。能够提高数控机床的插补精度和加工效率。

Abstract:This text aims at to fix an arc for grow to put to repair the calculate way in a curve spare parts process weakness, put forward to change to tread the long calculate way from the orientation, that method according to curve of curvature change but the adoption correspond of tread long, calculate way simple, put to repair the error margin small, come to a fast, process the result efficiently, avoid former lead slice or process the not enough phenomenon of accuracy.Can raise the number to control the tool machine to put to repair the accuracy and process the efficiency.
