摘    要:光热失调技术是利用光学薄膜反射或透射光谱的温度效应研究薄膜吸收的一种新方法,是光热技术的一种.以BK7玻璃为衬底的高反射膜为样品,以连续激光为加热光源,实验研究了该方法反射和透射探测方式,以及加热光束入射角度对光热信号的影响,得出反射和透射光热信号相位相反,加热光束入射角对光热信号的影响较小,进一步验证了光热失调技术测...
