| 摘 要： | 分析了环件轧制的力学规律和运动学性质。研究和建立了环件轧制的咬入条件、锻透条件、轧制力与力矩关系、直线运动与旋转运动关系。在此基础上 ,确定了轧环机主要工作参数的理论设计方法和计算公式 ,为轧环机设计制造提供了依据。

| Abstract: | A basis has been provided for the ring rolling mill design and manufacture by determination of theoretical design method and calculation formula for working parameters of such depending upon research and establishment of condition of biting-into groove, of plastic penetration and relation between roll force and torque, between rectilinear feeding and rotational rolling motion via analysis of mechanical and kinematical laws for ring rolling. |
