国内外中厚板滚切剪装备技术现状

摘    要:阐述了国内外滚切剪技术的发展过程及现状,分析了滚切剪在滚切导向技术、结构设计、定尺装置、电控技术、自动优化剪切等方面的技术进展。为了提高国内滚切剪装备的技术水平,提出应尽快研发与中厚板滚切剪技术及自动剪切控制模型相关的核心理论技术。

Abstract:An analysis of the development and status of rolling shear at home and overseas is given and, in detail an introduction of the technical progress of the shear guiding technology, structure design, gauge device, electrical system, and auto-optimized sheafing and so on. To raise the technical level of the domestic rolling shear, the authors put forward that it is urgent and important to research and develop the core theory and technology related to plate rolling shear and the control model for automatic shearing.
