| 摘 要： | 产品数据管理（ＰｒｏｄｕｃｔＤａｔａＭａｎａｇｅｍｅｎｔ，ＰＤＭ）是基于分布式网络、主从结构、图形化用户接口及数据库管理四方面技术发展起来框架。本文介绍了ＰＤＭ技术的应用背景、基本概念、开放式体系结构及其基本功能（Ｖａｕｌｔ、面向用户的使用功能、实用功能），并阐述了它在企业信息管理中的角色以及与ＣＡＤ／ＣＡＭ、ＣＩＭＳ之间的关系

| Abstract: | PDM(Product Data Management) is a new engineering data management technology based on the distributed networks,client/server,GUI and datadase management. It is also an important framework to support the information integration of CAD/CAM,CIMS and CE(Concurrent Engineering).The paper introduces the application background of PDM technology,its definition,its open system architecture and its functions(e.g.vault,user functions,utility functions).The PDM′s role in enterprise information management and the relationships between PDM and CAD/CAM,CIMS are studied. |
