弹性金属塑料轴瓦压缩性能的实验研究

摘    要:弹性金属塑料轴瓦是大型水轮发电机推力轴承的关键性部件,其性能的好坏直接影响到整个系统运行的动态品质。本文通过对金属塑料轴瓦实际模型的压缩性能进行实验研究,发现其压缩弹性模量与巴氏合金轴瓦等金属材料者不同,不是一个固定的常数,而是随着压力的增大,其弹性模量也逐渐地增大。

Experimental Study on Compressive Performance of Elasto Metal Plastic Bearing Pad
Abstract:Elasto metal plastic bearing pad is key part of large hydraulic turbine thrust bearing and its performance being better or worse directly influences the dynamic quality of whole system running. Through the compressive performance experiment on the elasto metal plastic bearing pad ,it is found that the compressive modulus of elasticity of the elasto metal plastic bearing pad is different to that of babbitt metal one .The modulus of elasticity is not a constant andrises with the increasing of pressure contacted in bearing.
