| 摘 要： | ＣＩＭＳ（ＣｏｍｐｕｔｅｒＩｎｔｅｇｒａｔｅｄＭａｎｕｆａｃｔｕｒｉｎｇｓｙｓｔｅｍ，计算机集成制造系统）是制造业发展的必然趋势，是２１世纪的生产模式。集成质量系统ＩＱＳ（Ｉｎ－ｔｅｇｒａｔｅｄＱｕａｌｉｔｙＳｙｓｔｅｍ）是ＣＩＭＳ中不可缺少的重要组成部分，是成功实施ＣＩＭＳ的有力保证。本文就集成质量系统的产生、特点、组成与功能进行了探讨，并分析了ＩＱＳ与并行工程ＣＥ、精良生产ＬＰ和敏捷制造ＡＭ的关系。

| Abstract: | Computer Integrated Manufacturing Systiem (CIMS)which is called as the 21st century′s production mode, is the inevitable tendancy of manufacturing industry development. The Integrated Quality System (IQS) which is the essential component of CIMS, would be the powerful assurance to carry out the CIMS project. In this paper, the emergence, properties, components and functions of IQS have been disscussed. The relations between IQS and the Concurrent Engineering(CE), Lean Production(LP), Agile Manufacturing(AM) have also been analyzed. |
