PC回收料/ABS塑料合金的研究

摘    要:本文以PC回收料为主要原料,用少量ABS对其进行改性,制备了PC回收料/ABS塑料合金。着重探讨了ABS用量、相容剂用量及不同弹性体等因素对该塑料合金冲击性能的影响。实验结果表明:相容剂可显著提高PC与ABS的相容性,随着相容剂用量的增加,PC/ABS合金的缺口冲击强度显著增大,在PC与ABS配比为90/10、相容剂为5份时,所得合金的缺口冲击强度可达13.8kJ/m^2;用弹性体代替部分相容剂,同样可显著提高PC/ABS塑料合金的性能,在弹性体A和相容剂分别为3份时,缺口冲击强度亦可达14.7kJ/m^2。

Abstract:In this paper recycled PC/ABS plastics alloy were prepared.The effects of different amount of ABS and compatibiliser and the kinds of elastomer on the impact property of PC/ABS plastics alloy were studied.The experimental results showed that compatibiliser greatly increased compatibility of PC blend with ABS,and with the increase of the amount of compatibiliser,the impact property of PC/ABS alloy remarkably increased.When weight ratio of PC to ABS was 90 to 10 and the amount of compatibiliser was 5%,the alloy impact strength was up to 13.8kJ/m 2.The impact property of PC/ABS alloy was also greatly increased when elastomer partly replaced compatibiliser and when the amount of compatibiliser and elastomer A was 3% respectively,the alloy impact strength could be 14.7kJ/m 2.
