摘    要:以β-苯甲酰基丙烯酸为原料,经酯化反应、消除反应合成了β-苯甲酰基丙烯酸乙酯。研究表明,在硫酸存在下通过抽真空消除可以有效地将酯化过程中产生的副产物转化为目标产物;酯化反应的较佳条件:n(β-苯甲酰基丙烯酸)∶n(乙醇)∶n(硫酸)=1∶14∶0.28,回流反应时间3 h;消除反应较佳条件:反应压力2.66 kPa,反应时间5 h,反应温度40℃。按β-苯甲酰基丙烯酸计,β-苯甲酰基丙烯酸乙酯收率为81.7%,质量分数为97.0%。

Abstract:Ethyl β-benzoylacrylate was synthesized using β-benzoylacrylic acid as starting material by esterification and elimination reaction.The by-product produced in the process of esterification could be converted into the desired product efficiently by elimination reaction under vacuum in the presence of sulfuric acid.The optimum conditions of esterification were as follows∶n(β-benzoylacrylic acid)∶n(ethanol)∶n(sulfuric acid)=1∶14∶0.28,refluxing reaction time 3 h.The optimum conditions of elimination reaction were as follows:reaction pressure 2.66 kPa,reaction time 5 h,reaction temperature 40 ℃.The yield of ethyl β-benzoylacrylate based on β-benzoylacrylic acid was 81.7% and purity was 97.0%.
