铅蓄电池管式正极活性物质添加剂的研究

摘    要:在负极相同的情况下,用不同添加剂制备的管式正极,组装成3-QO-105蓄电池进行试验检测,结果表明,鳞片状石墨、硫酸镁、木炭粉是良好的正极添加剂.该电池的成本略高于普通Q型电池,而其长时率(c_(20),C_(10))放电和起动放电性能均高于普通涂膏式电极的电池.

Abstract:The 3-QG-105 type lead acid starter batteries were fabricated with pasted negative plates and tubular positive plates containing different additives. It is indicated by the performance tests that scaly graphite,charcoal powder,and magnesium sulfate are good additives for tubular positives. The capacity(C20,C10)and starting capability of the QG type battery are better than the traditional Q type battery,though the cost of the former is slightly higher.
