摘    要:应用新技术、新材料、新工艺建设电网,实现输电线路全过程精益化管理,是电网建设、管理方式科学进步的重要策略。探讨了海拉瓦技术的组成及其结合GPS系统在电力线路设计及其地理信息系统中的应用。整个流程的实施,能提高设计效率与管理水平,革新传统的作业方法,对输电线路基建的现代化、信息化起重要的作用。

Abstract:The application of new technologies, new materials and fine management in the entire process of transmission lines is the important strategy to achieve the scientific progress of the power grid construction and management. This paper discusses the composition of the Helava and GPS technology and the applications of Helava combined with GPS in the transmission lines construction and management. The implementation of the entire process will improve the production efficiency and management level of the transmission system, bring innovation to the traditional operation, and eventually play an important role in the modernization and informationization of the grid construction and management.
