| 摘 要： | 结合实际，论证了两层砖混结构加两层施工改造的可行性，提出了加固方案，详细阐述了建筑物各结构部位的有效加固措施，总结出加固改造的成功经验。经使用证明，结构稳定，效果良好。

| Abstract: | In this article the feasibility of modification works for enlargement in floor number of two stories building with brick masonry structure is verified. A reinforcement plan is proposed, and for various structural parts of building effective reinforcement measures are elaborated and the successful experiences are summarized. The application acquires a good effect. |
