分布式数控系统的研制与实现

目的 本文针对我院现有的数控条件，实现包括数控车床、数控加工中心、数控线切割机床在内的分布式数控接口软硬件研究与开发。方法 分析了DNC系统的基本原理及其功能实现并采用VB高级语言编程。结果 实现计算机对数控机床的实时控制和工件在线加工。结论 实现了DNC系统的集成，而且投资小，效率较高。

The Research and Realizasion of the DNC System

Aim To realize DNC interface including of NC Lethe? NC machine center and NC cutter machine, and to design the interface between the computer and the three kinds of machine based on the condition of our institute. Methods To analyze the work principle of the DNC, and to develope interface of DNC with VB language. Results It is realized that the real-time control to the NC machine and the on line machine. conclusions It really embodies the more integration of DNC, the less investment and the higher efficiency.
