基于SMS的新一代天气雷达运行状态监控系统设计

摘    要:系统设计了基于GSMSMS-MODEN和E-mail发送2种方式而实现的雷达运行状态监控报警SMS服务平台。文章对SMS的编码方式、AT指令和E-mail发送等关键技术进行了分析,并利用Visual C#语言给出了雷达运行状态监控的实现和应用2种方法实现短信发送的流程及相关算法代码。系统采用线程控制机制,对新一代天气雷达运行的各种实时数据进行采集、处理及监控,当出现报警时系统会立即产生声音提示并向值班人员发送短信。

Abstract:The monitoring and alarm SMS service platform for radar running status is designed based on two methods of GSM SMS-MODEN and E-mail sending.This article analyses many key technologies such as SMS encoded mode,AT command and E-mail sending etc.It also represents how to monitor the radar running status by using Visual C# language,and how to realize sending messages and related arithmetic code by the two methods.The system uses thread controlling mechanism,which can collect,manage and monitor all kinds of data...
