对砖混结构住宅采用现浇楼板的思考

摘    要:在城镇化建设中,砖混结构住宅大多采用现浇混凝土楼板,但现实情况中,其抗震性能并未得到明显改善。文章通过汶川、玉树二次大地震的现场发现,在砖混结构住宅中采用构造柱、圈梁,再对预制楼板的构造设计,其稳定性能要优于构造柱与现浇楼板的结构体系。

Abstract:In the construction of urbanization,the housing with brick-and-concrete structure usually adopts cast-in-situ floor slab. However,factually,the anti-seismic performance has not been noticeably improved. Through the on-site observation after two earthquakes in Wenchuan and Yushu,the article finds that,the adoption of construction columns and ring beams in the housing with brick-and-concrete structure after the design on precast floor slab will have more stable performance than the structural system adopting construction columns and cast-in-situ floor slab.
