摘    要:结合多年来压缩机操作、安装及管理实践,阐述了活塞式压缩机环状气阀的主要损坏形式———阀片过早破裂产生的原因和防范对策,并根据目前国内一些制造和使用厂家的实际情况,就如何采用一些特殊技术措施,以进一步提高气阀的正常使用周期,提出几点建议。

Abstract:This article discusses the main damage shape for ring air flap(earlierised damage of flap) of piston compressor,occurred causes and countermeasures with many years' experience in compressor operation,installation and management,and put forward some suggestions on how to adopt special measures to prolong air flap service time in normal operation based on the actual situation of domestic manufacturers and user.
