摘    要:针对某变电站综合楼地基基础设计方案的选择,从工程概况、土层情况、基础选型几方面进行了论述,分析了柱下独立桩基与疏桩复合基础的利与弊,并进行了技术、经济、沉降、环保、工期的比较,总结出无论在方便施工,还是降低工程造价、缩短工期方面,疏桩复合地基都具有一定的优势,所以该变电站选择了疏桩复合基础是成功的。

Abstract:In view of design plan selection of multi?purpose building ground foundation in a converting station, the paper discusses some aspects of engineering survey, soil layer condition, foundation selecting type , analyses good and bad of separate pile foundation and thin pile composite foundation under column, compares technique, economy, settlement, environment protection, time limit for a project, summarizes that thin pile composite foundation is superior in convenient construction, reducing cost of construction, shortening time limit for a project. So it is successful to choose thin pile composite foundation in this converting station.
