| Abstract: | In the action of invitation for bid and bidding of hydraulic construction project,it is very important to correctively handle the relationship between administrative supervisor and inviter for bid.In the context of the project practice,this paper expounds that in the process to perform duty of administrative supervision unit,how the supervisor makes a good job to handle the relationship between himself and inviter for bid. |
