基于级联多电平逆变器的静止同步串联补偿器仿真研究

摘    要:近些年来,阶梯波调制方法在高电压、大容量多电平逆变器中得到了广泛的应用。本文首先介绍了一种在线计算触发角的方法,它只需要进行几个三角函数的计算就可以求出触发角,计算简单快速。然后将其在5H桥级联逆变器中得到了实现,并提出了逆变器H桥触发角的循环控制策略。同步静止补偿器(SSSC)是灵活交流输电控制器的一种,它可以调节系统阻抗,控制系统潮流和提高系统稳定性,具有良好的性能。文中把前面得到的逆变器模型应用到了SSSC中,并提出了相应的SSSC控制策略。最后在EMTDC/PSCAD中对提出的SSSC仿真模型进行了仿真验证。仿真结果表明,无论运行在感性模式还是容性模式,文中提出的SSSC模型都是合理的。

Abstract:In Recent years,multilevel inverter synthesizing the output voltage with a step pulse has been widely used in high capacity and high voltage applications.At first,the paper recommends one method to calculate conducting angle by means of simple and fast online calculation,only requiring several trigonometric operations.It is realized in a 5 H-bridge cascaded multilevel inverter and the method to control the circulation of conducting angle of H bridge is proposed.(SSSC) is one of FACTS facilities.It can control system reactance and power flow,improve system stability and guarantee good performance.In this paper the inverter above is applied in(SSSC),the control method of which is also proposed.At last,the(SSSC) simulation model proposed is verified in EMTDC/PSCAD.The result shows the SSSC model proposed by the paper is appropriate no matter under capacitive or inductive mode.
