| Abstract: | The research and application of non-quenched/tempered steel at home and abroad in recentyears are reviewed, of which the new development for low carbon martensite and intragranular ferrite highstrength/toughness non- quenched/tempered steel is presented emphatically in this paper. The standardizationand commercialization of the steel are also discussed. |
