| 摘 要： | ５Ｃｒ４Ｗ４ＭｏＶＮｂ钢（ＪＭ）是一种新型加钒、铌的Ｃｒ－Ｗ－Ｍｏ热作模具钢。应用结果表明，该钢具有良好的锻造性能和机械加工性能，用该钢制作的精锻齿模和扳手模的使用寿命比３Ｃｒ２Ｗ８Ｖ钢提高１倍以上。

| Abstract: | The steel SCr4W4MoVNb (JM) is a new chromium-tungsten-molybdenum hot die steel alloyed with vanadium and niobium. The application results show that it had good forgeability and machinability.The servicelife of gear die for finishing forging and spanner die made of JM was more than 2 times that of steel 3Cr2W8V. |
