Strengthen Cost Control and Increase Economic Benefit

Based on the experiences of single project in financial management, COPFC analysis the characteristics of the project of Hainan gas processing plant, "cost control management in the whole process of the construction "was taken to control cost through departments, and the computer was utilized fully in the financial management. The financial personnel went deep into the departments and construction site, found out the present construction situation, traced and fedback accounting in time, mastered tax policy and avoided repeated paying tax, so that the economical benefit was increased.
