电压型高频链逆变器的全数字化双极性双调制波控制策略

摘    要:对于电压型高频链逆变器的控制,本文提出一种全数字化双极性双调制波的控制策略,主变压器传递为恒占空比为0.5的交流方波,变压器磁心利用率高.以全桥-全波拓扑为例,阐述了其工作原理,应用该策略可以在任意负载功率因数下实现原边高频逆变桥开关管件的ZVS开关,周波变换器开关管的ZCS开通和ZVZSC关断.进行了Saber仿真并制作了300VA原理样机.仿真和实验结果表明,该控制策略可以实现所有开关器件的软开关,周波变换器换流时无换流过冲,实现了自然换流.该控制策略为大容量电压型高频链逆变器的实用化奠定基础.

Abstract:A full digitalized bipolar and double modulation control strategy is proposed in this paper according to the control of voltage mode high-frequency link inverter. The utilization rate of magnetic core is high because the duty cycle of the AC square waveform transmitted by is 0.5.Taking the full bridgefull wave topology as an example, the operation principle of the proposed control strategy is analyzed. With this strategy, the switches of high frequency inverter are ZVS on-off and the switches of cycloconverter are ZCS on and ZCZVS off. The simulation results with saber and experimental results of 300VA prototype validate the feasibility of the proposed strategy. All the switches of the power circuit can be realized with soft switching and natural commutation without voltage surge occurs during the cycoloconverter commutates. The proposed strategy contributes a lot to the application of large power voltage mode high-frequency link inverter.
